A majority of Ringgold’s points came early on in the game. The first frame for the Lady Rams was highlighted by a strong finish and conversion of an and-one opportunity by McKenna Adams. However, Brownsville’s Clark made several trips to the line, foreshadowing what would continue throughout the contest.
After a low scoring second quarter, Brownsville extended the lead in the third. Clark poured in nine of her game-high twenty points during the period. The fourth saw Brownsville add another fifteen points to end with forty-two for the game.
Rhianna Fordham led Ringgold with four points.
The Lady Rams start the week off with two home games. They host Albert Gallatin on Monday and Beth-Center on Tuesday. Tip-off is scheduled for 3:45 both days.
