While Ringgold was able to deal with the zone press of Beth-Center, their half court zone presented a more difficult task. The Lady Rams struggled to find open space and move the ball.
Ringgold was able to draw some fouls and get to the charity stripe a few times in the second half. However, they were only able to convert one of six from the line. A couple of fourth quarter buckets upped Ringgold’s point total and established the final tally. Imani Arnold was responsible for one of those field goals and led the Lady Rams with four points.
In the second game, Ringgold continued to struggle at the offensive end, falling 11-2 in a low-scoring affair. McKenna Adams scored the lone bucket for the Lady Rams.
