Boys Middle School Cross Country, Girls Middle School Cross Country · Middle School Cross Country to start 2019 preseason workouts!


Coach Buckley and Coach Baertsch are excited to announce the start of voluntary conditioning for middle school boys and girls cross country. Workouts will begin on Tuesday, August 13th through Thursday, August 15th from 5 to 6:30p.m. at Mingo Park Pavilion Six. Additional conditioning workouts will be held Tuesday, August 19th through Thursday, August 21st through the 23rd, same time and location.

Official practices will begin on Monday, August 26th after school. All students will need to have a completed physical submitted in order to participate in official practices. Students will take a shuttle bus to Mingo after dismissal but will need to be picked up by parents at 5:00p.m. There will also be a mandatory parent meeting at the conclusion of practice.
