Senior girls soccer player, Ashley Ficorilli, became the second member of Ringgold’s Class of 2019 in recent weeks to take their athletic career to the collegiate level. Ficorilli signed a letter of intent to attend Mercyhurst University to continue her academic and soccer careers next fall.
Ficorilli, a 4-year letterman, was a key member of the Ringgold girls soccer team having started for four years and being named a team captain as a senior. She finished the 2018 season second on the team in scoring with 5 goals, in addition to a pair of assists.
As a 4.0 student, Ashley is a member of the National Honor Society as well as the secretary of the Ram Pound. She is also a member of the Relay for Life committee, Toys for Tots, and Interact Club. She actively participates in community service, volunteering at the Children’s Therapy Center in McMurray, PA.
