Senior Olivia Warner signed a letter of intent on November 9 to attend Slippery Rock University to continue her tennis career next fall.

Olivia has been a two-year captain of the Ringgold tennis team and has advanced to the WPIAL tournament the last two years – a feat that hasn’t been accomplished at Ringgold since 1981! She finishes her Ringgold career with an overall record of 49 wins and 7 losses.

Additionally, Olivia has been an annual participant in the spring musical, as well as being involved in Interact and Outdoor Adventures Club. Next week, she will also be attending the St. Lucy’s Medallion Ball to receive the Joan of Arc Medallion in recognition of her numerous hours of volunteer work.

On November 16, Olivia’s current and future coaches were on hand to celebrate her signing. Pictured from left to right are: Front Row – Ken Warner (Dad), Olivia Warner, and Jan Warner (Mom); Back Row – Matt Meredith (Slippery Rock Head Coach) and Sally Phillips (Ringgold Head Coach).

Congratulations, Olivia!
